Cálix was hired to participate in a global project to develop a data integration solution between HR Management systems: Peoplesoft HCM® and Datasul HCM®.

Business processes use IBM Lotus Notes® as a workflow tool, triggering the interaction process at specific stages. Data is stored in Peoplesoft HCM® and replicated to Datasul HCM®.

Data is exchanged via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) with pre-defined interfaces, meeting each system's requirements.

In a consulting role for the National Electric System Operator (ONS), we performed the Automation of its Software Development Methodology (MDS).

The project leveraged Cálix's expertise in process and systems modeling, delivering an efficient and automated methodological structure.

In this Business Process Reengineering project, Cálix performed an in-depth analysis of Consigaz's internal flows.

We identified redundancies and operational bottlenecks, suggesting strategic improvements and defining a detailed Project Plan for implementation.

Cálix was selected for the analysis, development, and deployment of a Business Intelligence (BI) solution, integrating data from various operational systems.

The tool was integrated into the company's intranet, enabling automated operational reporting and strategic dashboards for decision support.
